He exalts the standing of Those people leaders he deems deserving, those individuals who have confidence in him by granting them blessings and joy and by obtaining nearer to them. Only he can exalt and lift the position of individuals. This surah elaborates upon that: Yaaa ayyuhal lazeena aamanoo izaa qeela lakum tafassahoo fil majaalisi fafsahoo
